Assistant Education Coordinator

Humphrey was born and raised in Kaoma, His father passed when he was in the second grade and his mother when he was in the ninth grade. Thereafter, the responsibility for raising Humphrey fell upon his grandmother.

Humphrey became a WISE Zambia scholar in the 10th grade. After graduating from Kaoma Secondary School, he attended the University of Lusaka—WISE Zambia Director Maggie Indopu’s alma mater—and like Maggie, he majored in Development Studies. He wrote his senior thesis on the paradox of the rising instances of child malnutrition in the Kaoma District, a District that is agriculturally rich.

Humphrey is currently the director of WISE Zambia’s first branch office in Mongu, the provincial capital of the Western Province and where we coordinate our programs for the western part of the Province.
