GUIDING DREAMS, RESTORING HOPE
For Namangolwa Liubuko, working with WISE Zambia is about more than providing administrative support. It is about creating an environment where every learner feels supported, valued and encouraged to pursue a brighter future.
As Clerical Officer, Namangolwa helps ensure WISE Zambia’s office operates efficiently while supporting learners throughout their educational journeys.
Her responsibilities include receiving and directing visitors, maintaining confidentiality, coordinating school supplies, assisting learners with their sponsorship agreements, and providing guidance and encouragement.
At the heart of her commitment is a simple but powerful belief:
“Every child deserves equal access to education, protection and opportunities to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.”
Namangolwa finds her greatest satisfaction in seeing learners recognise their potential and develop the confidence to pursue their goals.
She particularly values the trust built when a learner feels safe enough to share personal challenges and seek guidance.
“When a learner trusts me enough to share their struggles and begins to recognise their potential, I know that my support is making a difference.”
Namangolwa has also witnessed WISE Zambia’s continued growth through the increasing number of secondary-school and tertiary students receiving educational support.
For her, every additional learner represents another opportunity to restore hope and create lasting change.
Her message to WISE Zambia beneficiaries:
“Your circumstances do not define your future. This sponsorship is a valuable opportunity to pursue your education and build a better life. Work hard, remain disciplined, believe in your abilities and allow this support to inspire you to dream big.”
To partners, donors and supporters:
“Your generosity and compassion are changing lives. You are restoring hope to students who once felt uncertain about their future and encouraging them to work towards their goals. We sincerely thank you
for making these opportunities possible.”
